Instructions
LOCATION: Billboards Inc. Lot #47, Highway 101 North, mile marker 23 DIRECTIONS: Exit at mile 23, turn right. Billboard is 200 yards east of exit. CHECK: 1. Is the billboard visible from the highway at 55mph? 2. Is the ad copy legible? (no fading, tears, or damage) 3. Any trees, construction, or obstructions blocking view? 4. Take 2 photos: one from driver's perspective (safely pulled over), one close-up of the board SAFETY: Pull completely off the road. Do not photograph while driving.
